ABOUT THE PROJECT
Proiectul DAB-Dance against Bullying este un proiect susținut de Comisia Europeană prin programul Erasmus+, Acțiunea cheie 2- Parteneriatul strategic pentru tineri. Proiectul are ca scop principal abordarea fenomenului de agresiune în rândul tinerilor, folosind instrumentele dansului contemporan și dezvoltarea unei metodologii inovatoare. Bullying-ul a stârnit îngrijorări ale autorităților locale și ale lucrătorilor de tineret în ultimul deceniu pentru efectele sale negative asupra celor afectați și ca semn de neliniște socială a celor care o practică. Proiectul DAB-Dance Against Bullying își propune să integreze bunele practici deja existente într-o nouă abordare bazată pe ateliere de dans care reunesc lucrătorii de tineret și tinerii în lupta împotriva bullying-ului. Într-adevăr, dansul, cu efectele sale pozitive în dezvoltarea tinerilor, este un instrument excelent de a lucra pentru împuternicirea și rezistența împotriva violenței și abuzurilor. Proiectul va îmbunătăți abilitățile lucrătorilor de tineret pentru a sprijini tinerii în depășirea problemelor specifice legate de bullying prin activități de integrare, team building, creativitate și auto-împuternicire. Cu un coregraf/formator/expert în dans, lucrătorii de tineret vor lucra cu tinerii pentru a dezvolta etapele atelierelor de dans contemporan care vor cuprinde: sesiuni de educație non-formală care vizează analiza fenomenului de bullying din punctul de vedere a victimelor și agresorilor; situațiile în care apar comportamente de agresiune; jocuri de rol despre victime și agresori). Sesiunile de coregrafie vor fi filmate și analizate de lucrătorii de tineret explicând metodele, progresele și rezultatele: aceste videoclipuri astfel create vor fi încărcate pe platforma web pentru a împărtăși rezultatele proiectului tuturor părților interesate care doresc să realizeze proiecte similare. Durata proiectului este de 24 de luni, din iulie 2019 până în iunie 2021.
OBIECTIVE
Obiectivele principale ale proiectului DAB sunt:
-Să abordeze comportamentele de agresiune în rândul tinerilor;
-Îmbunătățirea, cu o nouă metodologie, a competențelor și cunoștințelor lucrătorilor de tineret;
-Promovarea utilizării dansului ca instrument de combatere a bullying-ului, prin dezvoltarea Cărții Albe, a unui portal web cu lecții video și implementarea de ateliere de dans;
-Promovarea valorilor incluziunii, nediscriminarii si echitatii;
-Să promoveze metode de educație non-formală;
-Consolidarea cooperării internaționale în cadrul consorțiului proiectului DAB.
CONSORŢIU
Dab reunește 5 parteneri din diferite țări: Franța, Bulgaria, România, Italia, Grecia cu abilități complementare și cu pregătirea necesară.
Coordonatorul este ESSEVESSE, companie franceză de dans contemporan care desfășoară activități sociale cu tinerii din Marsilia.
Pe lângă coordonator, parteneriatul este format din:
– Euni Partners: ONG bulgar foarte activ în școlile cu proiecte culturale și sociale din Blagoevgrad.
– AICSCC – Gamma Institute: Asociație românească cu sediul în Iasi, care reunește psihologi și lucrători de tineret care se ocupă de tinerii cu dificultati psihologice
– CEIPES: ONG european cu sediul în Palermo și activ în 8 țări europene, realizând proiecte sociale în unele dintre cele mai sărace cartiere din Palermo.
– The Smile of the Child: este cea mai mare asociație greacă angajată în bunăstarea copiilor și a familiilor acestora.

Portal web DAB cu videotutoriale
Crearea unei platforme on-line care va fi principala modalitate de diseminare a bunelor practici rezultate în urma proiectului.
Acesta va cuprinde: materialul produs în I.O.1; lecțiile video înregistrate în timpul proiectului; videotestimoniale de la finalul acestora; principalele livrabile ale activităților de diseminare.

Ateliere de dans local
Vor avea loc 2 tipuri de workshop-uri: primul va implica lucrători de tineret, în vederea diseminării metodologiei, iar cel de-al doilea se va adresa unui grup de 15 tineri ce vor face activități facilitate atât de lucrători de tineret, cât și de coregrafi/formatori/experți în dans. Atelierele vor implica tineri de ambele sexe afectați de bullying.
